  • Irresponsible miscommunication by key account managers or sales representatives.
  • Lack of performance by the team.
  • The team is not initiating the project.

Refunds Will Not Be Processed Under The Conditions:

  • Customer’s change of heart.
  • Delay from customer’s end.
  • The project is finished and uploaded to the server.
  • Requesting for more than what has been committed in the agreement.

Processing Of Refunds

All refunds will be handled and reflected in your bank account within 14-22 business days of the date of cancellation and will be processed using the method of payment agreed upon signing up.

Note: GetsetLLC possesses the authority to amend the refund policy without prior notice and under its sole discretion. Therefore, you are requested to review the GetsetLLC Refund Policy periodically. In the case any missed deadlines or poor performance issues are met by our customers, they are eligible for a complete refund only after our Quality Assurance team has assessed the case.

State fee is not refundable. It's the amount you pay to the US government to register your business.
